These terms and conditions contain the whole of our agreement relating to your purchase together with our web site prices and contact details. To protect your own interest please read our terms and conditions carefully before accepting them. No contract will exist between you and ARB-Direct until we accept your order by e-mail, confirming your goods have been processed.

"We", "us" or "the company" refers to ARB-Direct.

"You" or "the customer" refers to the person, company or entity contracting to purchase the Goods.

‘Goods’ means any products available for sale on the Site and purchased by the customer.

"The Goods" are the products which you order from our website as specified by our Order acknowledgement and on our invoice.

"Site" refers to the website www.arb-direct.com

'Order' means any order placed by you with us for the purchase of items for sale on the Site.

Customer Obligations

By submitting your Order you warrant, represent and undertake:

You are the person detailed on the order form, your debit or credit belongs to you, and there are sufficient funds available to pay for the Goods you are ordering.

You agree that e-mail can be used as a means of communication, unless specifically requesting not.

Details of the invoice are correct and print a copy for your records. If for any reason there is an error you need to advise us within 24 hours, in order for us to alter this.

The Company reserves the right to alter prices at any time, without prior notice. In general, prices are reviewed every three months, at which time some prices may change. The price charged for all goods will be that ruling at the date of acceptance of the order. Transactions are carried out in UK pounds sterling only. All prices excluding UK VAT at 15% unless otherwise stated.

The Goods will be delivered to the Buyer at the address stated on the confirmation of the Buyer’s order.

Any dates quoted for delivery of the Goods by the Seller are approximate only. And the Sellers shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the Goods howsoever caused.

The Company reserves the right to handle or transport goods by any means or methods available, that gives best service. We will endeavour to meet The Purchaser's specific requests regarding transportation of goods, but does not guarantee to do so. Special courier services are available at cost, as and when requested.

You may withdraw from the contract at any time after the product has been dispatched but no later than 14 working days from the day you receive the product.

Once we receive notification from you that you wish to withdraw from the contract any sum debited by us from you in relation to your order will be re-credited to the paypal account it was debited from as soon as possible. Please allow 14 days for all funds to be re-credited provided that the goods you return are received by us in the condition that they were in when delivered to you, and are within our 14 day returns policy.

In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered, or are damaged or defective we shall, at our own discretion correct any order, replace any damaged or defective goods, or refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question provided that you notify us within 7 working days of delivery of the goods

We shall not be liable for failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions of Sale owing to any act or event beyond its control including but not limited to Acts of God, industrial action, civil commotion, strikes, shortage of supplies, war, natural disasters, riots, lock-outs, disease or fire.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time and places any new version on the website. If such changes take place we will advise you. All purchases from the date that the amended terms are in place will be governed by those new terms.

We reserve the right to amend or terminate this website at any time.

We reserve the right to refuse supply to any person for any reason.

Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions
